Warranty

Products

All offers are valid "while stocks last". Errors excepted.
Taiga Recon GmbH is careful to provide correct product information (e.g. nutritional value, size, weight, etc.).
If the customer is not satisfied with the products delivered, he/she can contact our customer service by e-mail info@taiga-recon.com.

Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately upon discovery. The amount paid for the defective goods will be credited to the customer's account. The credit is valid for one year. Taiga Recon GmbH reserves the right to request proof of the defect before crediting the amount.
Products whose intrinsic quality (e.g. taste quality) does not meet the customer's requirements, as well as products ordered by mistake, will not be refunded.
In any case, consumers are advised to consult the specific information on dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten/lactose intolerance, diabetes) on the product packaging before consumption.
If a product is damaged by third parties (delivery by post or courier...), Taiga Recon GmbH declines any liability.
If the goods are not stored properly, any liability/guarantee with regard to best-before date (best-before date) will be rejected.

Privacy
Taiga Recon GmbH only passes on the personal data of the customers to third parties that is necessary for the execution or payment of the order (e.g. to the logistics company/DPD for delivery). Our partners delete the personal data of the customers as soon as they are no longer needed and in any case after the expiry of the maximum retention period prescribed by law. All personal data will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Order

Prices
There is no minimum purchase value.

VAT is included in all prices.
The product prices listed before submitting the order are binding.
The shipping costs vary depending on the purchase value (value of goods without delivery costs, deposits and credit notes):

Under CHF 300.- CHF 8.50
Over CHF 300.- Free shipping

Confirmation of Order
All orders are confirmed by Taiga Recon GmbH.

If an order is supplemented, the original order is considered the basis for calculating possible special offers and discounts.
The contractual relationship is established by the customer's order and the electronic acceptance of this order by Taiga Recon GmbH. The customer can only add to or cancel the order until it is processed in our logistics center.
For orders received in written form, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail, our general terms and conditions also apply, analogous to orders placed via our online shop

Payment


Payment methods
In principle, the payment method on account applies. We do not accept credit cards, Maestro cards or PayPal.

Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of Taiga Recon GmbH.The
payment period is 30 days.


Taiga
Recon GmbH reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a credit check. By placing an order, customers consent to obtaining a credit report.

Taiga Recon GmbH reserves the right to make the delivery of the orders dependent on an advance payment or the provision of a security.
Taiga Recon GmbH may cancel or suspend an order if the customer is not creditworthy, has one or more outstanding invoices, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent.

Refunds, credits, vouchers, gifts
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, these will be credited to the customer's account and can be used for purchases in the webshop within one year. After this period, the credit expires.

Vouchers from Taiga Recon GmbH are under no circumstances for sale or auction. Only one voucher can be used per order.

Delivery

Delivery area/times
Deliveries are limited to the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. From Monday to Friday for orders placed before 3:00 p.m., the customer will generally receive delivery within 24 hours.

After confirmation of the order by Taiga Recon GmbH, the products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery in absentia
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the regulations of DPD or the forwarding agent apply.

The customer assumes responsibility for the products delivered, even if they have been deposited in his absence at the door of his home or business.
